Comprehensive Health Evaluation

Service Description

Prior to meeting, detailed intake forms and biological sample packet for MSA testing will be mailed to your address. Returned intake forms and biological sample will be processed and then an in-office visit will be scheduled. Payment should be included with the sample. The health evaluation takes into consideration all the information gathered in the health questionnaire, bio-energetic testing (via biological sample), and any labs that you have had done recently. Through this discovery, a holistic plan of care will be discussed. This will include nutrition, vitamin/mineral supplementation, any herbs/oils/homeopathic remedies needed as well as integrative healing modalities, physical, emotional and spiritual guidance and follow-up visit.
